Slaight Family Foundation funds SPRINT Senior Care-Sunnybrook project

Through a generous donation, the Slaight Family Foundation has established the Senior Care Navigation Pilot, a landmark partnership between SPRINT Senior Care and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.

This project will introduce a new model of care to help seniors and their families.
