Job Summary:

The Recreation Therapist Supervisor is responsible for the effective operation and delivery of all recreational programming at various community sites. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating a variety of innovative recreational, educational, and therapeutic program activities that support optimal individualized care for clients. Additionally, they help build interpersonal relationships and social skills among clients. The Supervisor will work collaboratively with staff and partner agencies to ensure the SPRINT Senior Care philosophy of care is integrated into clients’ daily lives.
