Our services help seniors stay safe, connected, and live as independently as possible. They also prevent premature or inappropriate institutionalization.

Job Summary:

The Manager, Community Programs, Transportation is responsible for overseeing the operations of the SPRINT Senior Care Transportation program. The Manager works closely with the System and Fleet Administrator and the Director, Community Programs to manage the SPRINT Senior Care Transportation Program, including the drivers, coordinators and volunteers.  Primary responsibilities include providing support to the Transportation Coordinator(s) with client ride coordination and scheduling, service monitoring, problem-solving, hiring, staff supervision, staff training, job performance evaluation, service statistics and documentation.
